For the leadership moments people normally only get to attempt for the first time when it really matters, and where getting it wrong is costly. Your leaders practise them here first, in a story we've designed around what's actually going on for your team.

We design every Rehearsal Room from scratch, around the thing your team most needs to get good at. Past programmes have helped teams with things like:

Our ongoing services are for leaders and organisations who want someone steady in their corner, to help them build on the leadership momentum they have, and to have a guide on their team when they need it the most.

It comes in three shapes
  • 1:1 coaching for the senior leader who needs a proper thinking partner.
  • Group coaching for a leadership team who want regular support that stays relevant to what's most pressing.
  • Fractional leadership if you need senior leadership strength while you build what's next, but at a fraction of the price of a full time hire.

How it all fits together

A pattern we've noticed.

Most of our long-term partnerships start small. A team feels stuck, or there's a moment coming they want to be ready for. We meet there. From there, a monthly leadership group coaching session often follows, or a fractional Chief People Officer seat while you build what's next.

We're invested in our partners and clients. As the relationship deepens, that's usually when the change really takes root in the ongoing rhythm of leading together with someone in your corner.

You don't have to plan it all upfront. Most clients don't. Start where it makes sense, and we'll figure the rest out together.
