Part leadership workshop, part playful quest — for founders & leaders ready to try something refreshingly different.
Adventurer, you are invited…
To embark on a noble (and slightly silly) journey of self-discovery, courage, and leadership type things.
Six brave souls will gather in Wellington for a full-day immersive experience where the stakes are imaginary but the growth is real.
We’ll explore your strengths, talk through real leadership challenges, and spot where growth is needed. Then you’ll create a character (yes, like a wizard or warrior) based on what you’ve learned — and step into A Quest Within, our custom role-playing game designed to help you grow your leadership skills in a fun, low-stakes way.
Also, there will be lunch.

💰 Cost: $450 (pilot price in exchange for your feedback, a testimonial, and letting us snap a few photos of your heroic journey). Lunch is included.
What’s actually going to happen
This isn’t a theory-filled, jargon-heavy, please-don’t-call-on-me leadership seminar.
This is playful, practical, and personal.

🎲 Enter A Quest Within, a guided role-playing game where you'll explore new approaches to those challenges through story

You don’t need role-playing experience. Just a willingness to play and be curious.
who is this for?
You’re a founder or leader scaling your business and wondering, “Am I doing this right?”
You’d rather experiment, play, and reflect than sit through another leadership lecture
You’re willing to be a little silly in the name of serious growth
